Thanks Christo! You’re exactly right, when someone attempts to sell something to you right off the bat it’s extremely annoying. However in contrast when someone takes the time to build a relationship and get to know you it’s awesome when they share something that they know you’ll love. Relationships will always win out.

Thank you for this quick brief intro… Very nice. I also dislike when the first response from people (when you follow them) is a link to something they are selling. Build a relationship first. Many interactions are essential and a sale should never be the initial intention.

That would certainly make sense. A ‘recent’ example could be when Martin Luther posted The Ninety-Five Thesis across Germany in 1517. Most social media terminologies has a background in things that are relevant to people at their core as it’s more magnetic in that way. This is a very interesting concept but I’m going to be nit-picky – the article was difficult to read given its plethora of grammatical and punctuational errors. However, I think I only have 180 friends on FB and I’m considering whittling *that* down. But seriously, I would like to see more on this topic. As well as more on the topic of engaging. I find those on FB who are simply self-promoters tiresome. Thank you for the interesting blogs.
